ลำดับการดำเนินการ

ถ้าเรามีโจทย์ 8 + 2 × 3 เราควรเอา 8+2 ก่อน หรือเอา 2×3 ก่อน?
เพื่อไม่ให้สับสน นักคณิตศาสตร์ทั่วโลกได้ตกลงกฎที่เรียกว่า ลำดับการดำเนินการ (Order of Operations) ขึ้นมา เพื่อให้ทุกคนคำนวณและได้คำตอบตรงกันเสมอ

If we have 8 + 2 × 3, should we do 8+2 first, or 2×3 first?
To avoid confusion, mathematicians agreed on rules called the Order of Operations so that everyone calculates and gets the exact same answer.

กฎ 4 ข้อของการคำนวณ (PEMDAS / BODMAS)

ทำจากบนลงล่างตามลำดับเสมอ

1 ( ) วงเล็บ - Parentheses

2 a² เลขยกกำลัง - Exponents

3 × ÷ คูณและหาร (ซ้ายไปขวา) - Multiplication and Division (Left to Right)

4 + - บวกและลบ (ซ้ายไปขวา) - Addition and Subtraction (Left to Right)

( ) วงเล็บ / Parentheses

สำคัญที่สุด ต้องทำก่อนเพื่อนเสมอ

ถ้าในโจทย์มี วงเล็บ ให้คำนวณสิ่งที่อยู่ในวงเล็บเป็นอันดับแรกสุด หากมีวงเล็บซ้อนกัน ให้ทำวงเล็บในสุดก่อน

If there are parentheses (brackets) in the expression, solve the part inside them first. If there are nested parentheses, solve the innermost one first.
